MacroType is published by SilkSeeker Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to SilkSeeker Ltd, and "the app" refers to MacroType.
We do not collect any information. The app has no servers and no backend.
The data you enter, including your calorie and protein entries, custom targets, additional counters, saved quick adds, streak history and settings, is stored only in the app's private storage on your device. We cannot see it, access it or retrieve it.
Reminders are optional and switched off by default. If you enable them, the reminder is scheduled locally on your device by iOS. We do not send push notifications and no notification data leaves your device.
The widget reads your totals from shared storage on your own device so it can display them. That information never leaves the device.
MacroType is not directed at children under 13. Because we collect no data at all, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Deleting the app from your device permanently removes all data it has stored. Because nothing is held on our systems, there is nothing for us to delete and no request needs to be made.
The app does not integrate any advertising networks, analytics providers, social media SDKs or other third-party services that collect data.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
